MMR Showing Tuberculosis with Emphysema

Here is a miniature radiograph, from those good old days and from the museum of CG Hospital Davangere. Mass Miniature Radiography was the established mode of screening population for chest disease. Look for old lesions of tuberculosis in right upper zone,  and features suggestive of emphysema like tubular heart, horizontal ribs and flattened diaphragm.
