A case of giant swelling

This giant swelling was present for about 25 yrs. but the 72 yr old patient consulted us only when he noticed sudden increase in the size of swelling. We suspected it to be a neurofibroma which had turned malignant or hemorrhage had occurred inside the swelling. We're working on investigations. Comments or any clue if u have is welcome.
