Incisional Hernia with Obstruction

A 60 yrs old female pt. presented with lower abdominal swelling 1 yr after undergoing hysterectomy,  h/o vomiting for 2 days. Radiograph showed multiple air fluid levels ( I think, U can easily make out 5-6 ) The diagnosis was incisional hernia going for obstruction.
